Well guys i am new to wordpress. I want to ask what is the best seo plugin for wordpress sites. I have easy wp seo plugin but when i check my keyword density it saws 2.5 but seoquaqe saws 7. What is the right one? What plugin do you use to check your seo on wordpress?

Yeh do that and also I don't pay any attention to the keyword density option built into the plugin.

Yoast SEO is the best of all. But it eats up tons of resources too. Pretty heavy.

Maybe I am supersensitive but I am not using anything with word seo 
In my opinion it is not needed. Better check if your WP template doesn't have any surprises like more than one H1 per page and other heavy tags which can make a problems with too much keywords.
If you find something wrong just edit your template. The same you can do with title tag if it needed.

+1 for Yoast. Use the built in keyword density tool. Also, Quick Cache FTW.
