(y) !! Good job, I am developping the same pattern, try to add some article directories between your Web 2.0 and keep your Link wheel open.
Suggestion : Instead of putting 3 web 2.0 in direct linking, try this :
Use each web 2.0 as a Tier -> You'll get 3 Tiers and more links pointing to you without excessive use of link wheel ... I heard that will heart your site.
For The web 2.0 : Post the articles on them without the links, wait until they get indexed and slowly add the links to the anchors. And like everybody says : Diversify the anchors : Check this http://pastebin.com/6nJFf2Sm
It's all good, but don't forget to use different sources and good content in the submissions (it may take sometime).
Are you sure about the schedule ? One months ? Your plan is more developped than mine and I'll be testing it for a month.
What you're doing requires a lot of work ( I'll be doing it manually ).
