SEO peculiarities?

I got a little concern, hopefully you can help me out and others who're interested aswell.

Here's my list of questions:

What is better, a mobile dedicated link for the website (m.example.com) with responsive design of course or normal link (example.com) with responsive design?
Is there any impact if i add contact information in the main page and also add it to the contact page?
What's the best link / content structure at header and footer for a local shop?
Should i spam the city name by adding it to each name category?
Any tips and tricks for rich snippets in WordPress?
Any tips and tricks to optimize the local shop website for best results (a part from well known like google business, city targeted keywords..) ?
Does a live feed of tweets / facebook / instagram counts as new content, and by so, ranks better?

By the way, it's a botanic shop dedicated to sell flowers, bouquets and teddy bears. The main social networks are going to be Instagram and Facebook.

-normal link but website should be mobile responsive.

-No that would be easier for people to contact you,add google map on your contact page.

-Use Moz blogs for this else check how your competitors are ranking.

-Using location in your keywords can get you good content,but if it is false then dont go with that.

I would just focus upon a desktop website with mobile optimized content, unless of course my main target were mobile users.
