SEO Partner needed - Professional website needs traffic

He is absolutely right! It would be foolish and too risky to even get into such a niche now.

You should be offering a monthly payment + part of the revenue to actually strike a deal here. Otherwise, NO ONE is going to get into this project. because we as an SEO would have to invest much more money and time and not see any results for another 3-4 months.

Best option for you is to get the traffic from elsewhere.Don't go after the SERPS, go for alternate traffic sources like Youtube, sudoku forums, blogs etc.

If you decide to do the monthly upfront fee + part of revenue OR One-time upfront fee, then I will be interested in this project and I am sure many more would be interested in this. Right now its a lost cause!

As said above, 20.1m broad match competition for the term "sudoku" is pretty damn fierce, if you really want to take the revenue somewhere on this website I suggest you seek some other term of affiliation than a revenue share model, as no SEO is really going to work at it for less then 80-90%, given the amount of input that would be required to get the rankings you want, and even then on such broad terms there is really no guarantee of making top 3, or even the first page.

Perhaps you might want to look at using some form of lease model, where they can "rent" your website on a monthly basis and whatever revenue they make stays theirs or something?

Either that, or find an SEO who will accept a monthly management fee, but can provide sufficient evidence of the work accomplished in that month. If you can generate enough revenue from his/her SEO services, you may very well bring it down to a point where you're only paying out 20% in relation to revenue.

WWOWW , I liked the leasing option A LOT .. he takes it for 4 months , do what every he wants ( no black shit ofcourse) , and get the revenue for theirselves. And I take it after that period SEOmized with a user database ... WHAT A FUCKEN GREAT IDEA ... but do you think I can find a person for that is ready for this ... I will not charge any rental fees..

Only way someone would work on that site by leasing would be if the leasing only started once they landed on first page and not a day before. And it should be for 12 month leasing min.!

Otherwise get out a big wallet and buy SEO ($10K +)

Oh , it's such a big fatty one .. damn it's expensive.
I'll post & feature it on flippa , maybe some one is interested there ( they have the big wallets - ask me , I'm a flipper :cool: )
 
you will need a long time to be able to rank for soduku

i'll leave it to others to take that offer

maybe you should forget ranking for soduku just for now and focus on monetizing it on facebook

these kind of games can easily convert

and when you earn that cash, pay for the top guns for the SEO
 
You've built a good site and don't let the kids get you down. Marketing is the most important thing and some guys have written some good advice for you here.

I think you should start to learn SEO and understand marketing more, so that next time you are more prepared... have a talk to some people and figure out if there are alternate ways to promote your product in the time being, or find someone to rent the domain as suggested.

There is social media, email and lots of other ways to get you traffic so get your learning hat on and start reading.

This visitors usually purchase stuff and click a lot.

With a little investment ($200) you can get some traffic every month :).

Do on page SEO and then buy some blasts and target a keyword like "play sudoku online" and "sudoku online" that get like 300K exact and 500K broad.
