SEO Outsourcing

I have a few sites that needs to be SEOed. My friend was telling me about SEO Outsourcing to different countries like India or Philippines. Anyone has had experience outsourcing their SEO work and if so, which country?

We outsourced manual link building to one specific supplier in India. Worked great...most of the time the links, content, and page where good quality but the trick is finding the right partner. I've tried hiring odesk link builders from overseas but I haven't been fully comfortable with spending a good amount of money with them.
 
If your going to get started in outsourcing, your going to have to realize that you may encounter a ton of headache or you might get lucky on your first try. Finding the right worker is tough, its much easier if you have a firm grasp of the subject and are able to train the worker.

You'll find that if you can train the worker they are willing to work for you for a lower rate aswell.

Personally I prefer fillipino workers but I've had some good indian ones before
 
do a split testing. :) hire from both countries and give them the same job. the process, communication and other things during the working period will tell you the answer on which country would you want to hire your SEO. :)
 
Only outsource if you really know what you are doing as well as the value of your work. Outsourcing is good for busy work that you don't want to do, but it is not an "all-in-one" solution. You still have to have a solid SEO plan to outsource.

I totally agree. A split testing would be a good move for you to know which employers to take.
 
I guess outsourcing to india will be cheap, outsourcing link building to india will be a good idea.
 
You sound to biased. Do a split testing would do the trick
 
i have done quite a bit of split testing using odesk. i have found that people from india and the phillipines are the best workers. Stay away from bangladesh and pakistan.

Also you need to make sure that your employees are sending you a list of URLs where they built their links and you need to go through and check the links to make sure they did the work properly, if they make errors tell them and let them know how to fix the errors.

Managing outsourcing is just like managing anything else... you have to oversee their work and make sure that they are performing up to your standards. You have to stay on top of it because its so easy to lose track of what these people are doing.

And how long would that take? Who has so much of time when you are earning 5-6 figures monthly? I would suggest you to get mixed up with fellow providers in BHW BST section and talk to them on private. Will save time.
 
It depends on who you outsource to and what type of work you want them to do.

if you have ZERO knowledge about SEO and simply say to an outsourcing company "do off-page SEO for me" or "build links for me", it is pretty hard to quantify the quality of their work and how effective if there are any. I suggest you learn it yourself first then consider outsourcing this to 3rd world companies.
 
As stated above, depends on what you are looking for. I suggest you find the services here on BHW and use people with good reputations. You can waste a ton of money with cheap fly by night "providers". Quality is much better than quantity in today's SEO world.
 
I'd suggest finding a pro in the US or UK to do the work, 90% of what I have outsourced overseas to India and Phillippines has been junk. Maybe others can recommend some good SEO's in the UK or US for the OP??

If u wanna suggestion then I ca go for Indian workers because only there you can get quality at best price and they are really friendly to work and they love the works. really !!!!!

Hmmm. I wouldn't really comment on the quality of work done on workers/companies in 3rd world countries but of course, a greater percentage of US companies do a better job at it (considering the difference in price also). However, there are gems in 3rd world countries that does A BETTER JOB than some US companies. Still, it's a case of choosing the ideal one.
