Is there any service around or help to get on how to SEO optimize our Youtube channel ?

We have around 40 videos there uploading new every month sometimes every 14 days - views are maks 50 - 60 on a months :(

I got spammed from someone that said he could seo optimize each video and the entire youtube channel, but I don't hook on spam, but he got me to think about it.

Where do I start or is there a reliable service?

Nice, you are uploading your videos every month. I would say concentrate on your video content and title and description. share your videos on your social media platforms.
