SEO on regional place?

I want to sell product X in my country.
When I google it I see several almost exact-match-domains registered and going 1-10 on google results.
I bought the best free domain I could think of on my keywords.

What do I do now when I want to SEO for words on my language, no english?
I can not buy payed services - because they SEO for english, or can I?

Can I some how demote the competition? Like seo them before-panda style so now panda thinks they do something wrong and demote them?
Like some spammy comments to their domains or something?

i will suggest, you should be go google webmaster tool and select region and fix it then you get better results.
