Hi

i am running big ecommerce website ( multiple sellers ) , anyone can sell his products on this website , how i should do SEO on this website ? just branding ?

for example 70 % of backlinks on main page and other for inner pages ?

Focus on building your brand first. I'd say 90% to the homepage, the rest to innerpages.
