What kind of SEO should I do on my web 2.0's? Is on page SEO (2% keyword density, bolding keywords, good formatting) enough?

I do not have any spam software, any worth buying?

Thanks

Yes do proper on-page on your web 2.0 add a couples of pictures + videos and also give a link to some authority website like wikipedia, twitter, google, youtube etc and if you have budget you must buy GSA.

Don't forget to use unique content on web 2.0 sites.

Creation a variation when you web 2.o, dont make all of them really same, the pattern must be little different, one should have 2 pages so other may have 4 & rest may have 3, not all must be of same kind, making it more like a pattern based work.

The 2% keyword density should be fine. Also, having a unique content that gives value to readers is very important. A website with great content can attract lots of visitors and people will link to it.

are you looking to rank the web 2.0 as a money site or are you using them as tier 1 links?

I'm pretty sure he referring to the use of Web 2.0's as a first tier of backlinks.

As for the OP, treat these Web 2.0's like you would your money site. I.e. Fresh, unique content.

Content is king, so dont waste your time on spun or crappy content.

2% keyword density should be fine, try and squeeze in a couple of LSI keywords too, it will help dramatically. You can be a little less cautious when backlinking to your first tier, however you should still try to avoid masses of spammy backlinks. It may not have a direct effect on your money site, but if it tanks your Web 2.0 profiles then all of a sudden you will lose all your backlinks.

Also as mentioned by someone earlier in the thread, place a few outbound links to authority sites, the big G likes this a lot, it forms some sort of trust rating for your website. Wiki-pedia is a great source.

Don't forget images and videos to make the profiles look more genuine.

Thanks for tips. Old thread but any more tips for tiered backlinking?

It is essential to focus on Meta tags, H1 tag, Bread crumbs while optimizing on-site.For a better backlinking, my personal suggestion is to go with Social Media, Guest posts, Videos which actually promoting your web2.0...If any correction, please make a note.. So that, I could get an opportunity to clarify me...

Having 2nd tier web 2.0 linking to another tier 1 web 2.0 is a great strategy. It's more effective when you use all unique content on each of them. Other great tier 2 links for your web 2.0 are press release, comment and social bookmarks.

I just had the worst luck with a PRnewswire press release, it did literally nothing for me. Every link on the page except for one naked url at the bottom is nofollow now.
