[SEO] [OBL] What I noticed

Now I am not sure how much link juice this wastes due to internal linking (inside widget) but I usually see sites with Disquz comment box widget rank higher than these with wordpress comments/no comments/other comment widget

difference is that you can comment in Disquz with facebook account and/or with disquz account andor with google+ account (not sure here, dont remember but i think so) as well as probably other social accounts.

then each comment links back to that profile on that high authority website so basically u lose some link juice but i noticed they rank higher and the reason is probably that:
1. plugin automatically adds HQ OBL to each post on your blog. (this is granted seo factor but i believe theres more than this)
2. maybe something with AuthorRank(?) or maybe google can tell if comments are authored by real person because of that plugin

Hmm, that's an interesting observation. Gonna keep an eye out during competitor research and do a few experiments. There are a lot of other variables to factor in, so it could be tricky to narrow it down to find out how much of an effect Disqus alone has.

A lot of well performing sites appear to have this plugin so definitely something to look at further.
