Here's some basic info for any interested parties. Kosher1, I'm sending you a more detailed PM in a second.

Site is PR2, 1 YR Old, 1,600 Backlinks. Keywords are 38,000,000-40,000,000 competing on standard search (I know it's not the best metric but I always seem to use it to compare).
