seo needed for #1 on google.com

So much threads like this. Hes budget is probably around $50-$100 and obvious, he wouldn't pay either. $3000 + and u might reach it lol.

Have you read Google SEO Guide is yes see the below lines by Google :)

"No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a "special relationship" with Google, or advertise a "priority submit" to Google. There is no priority submit for Google."

Yeah yeah yeah. Would you consider that to be a low competition keyword though? I already had that tool open in another browser to make the point.
