Here is the thing, I'm working on a website that will be in 3 different languages. The root page is 99% in flash, I'm gonna add 3 little HTML link on the bottom that will link to the different language sites. The site structure can either look like: the main flash page then .com/en/, .com/fr/, .com/sp/ or with subdomain like en.domain.com fr.domain.com etc.
My question is, what is the most effective way to submit a site like this, should I just submit all 3 sites with a structure like this .com/en/ etc or should I use subdomains or perhaps just submit the .com with a sitemap (bigger site). Also I should add that I will have many people landing on the main page from social network marketing and youtube.
Any ideas?
