the price wise can be work in many degree and adjusted as it grow .

My conclusion from hiring more than 10 link builders from oDesk:

Waste of time, waste of money; most of them probably can't get their shoe laces right.
All they can do is article submission, directory submission and spam comments.

You have Scrapebox, AMR and some other affordable tools for that...

It all depends on how you structure it. If you simply hire out of the blue and have them perform their own SEO tasks its typically a waste of time. On the other hand if you think outside the box, then oDesk is a great resource for work.

I typically provide my workers with step by step details of what I need accomplished and how to do the job properly. Most of the current workers that tell you they perform SEO are simply doing what they've read without producing any real results. That's why its important to give them what you need done, more along the lines of a virtual assistant.

Completely dependent on the keywords you are trying to rank for.

$200 a month is probably a good estimate if it's low/medium competition

thank you guys , i can invest 200-300$ per month , but i'm not sure about which important point when i hire them , they gave me a long description talking so mucch about their business .

I have to agree with this gentleman.

What exactly could you get done for that? thats less than 5 hours work per month on your site. In the UK most companies would charge that per hour.

Check out the BST section on this forum for some nice options. You'll want a service that offers many different types of backlinks: web 2.0s, blog comments, profiles, articles, social bookmarking, PRs, contextual blog posts etc. and you'll want these to be done in a chaotic multi-tiered fashion so it doesn't leave a footprint. Before ordering remember to read reviews (look for BAD reviews and take good reviews with a pinch of salt).

If you want any more advice just PM me.
