avoid adense bans:
- privacy policy, contact us, terms & use
- no dupe content including images from google
- no porn etc.
- no obvious link selling
- no shitty content

advice on on/off page for an ecommerce:
follow the steps above, but also include a blog on your site, which links to your product pages. On the product pages, include some text about your product.
