SEO Manager hiring

Some of my project started to scale and im in need of some people.
1 position which I seek is SEO Manager who can manage to work on project in marketing niche and achieve GREAT RESULTS.
In 2-4 month to go from zero to 800k visitors and over 2k subscribers daily. Only whitehat.
Take a look the attached screenshot and I seek along my side someone who can achieve this results alone with some advises from me.
I need people who have managed to achieve over 1 mill traffic legit way.

Note: You will be in charge for whole SEO aspects of projects, onpage seo , backlinks, PR, ORM , Lead gen and so on.

While I didn't achieve over a million traffic yet. But I achieved to get upto 60K organic traffic in just 2~3 months in the hard finance/insurance niche. That is also with just 60 articles.
I have good keyword research and link building strategy.
