Seo LInk Vine

Hey has anyone on this site used, or had any experience with Seo Link Vine system. And the Articles underground system? They're just big blog networks where you can post your articles on. Has anyone used them?

IF you've used them tell me how it work, and if its worth it.

I've used SLV yes, however did i see changes? no...

besides, when you post your articles, they get posted on anyone's website. So later they can add their links to it or even delete your links.
