SEO Link Building - WHITEHAT

I would like to find a good link building service or freelance person. I am not looking for forum profile links, xrumer, comment spam, linkwheels, etc. I am looking for someone that can help me with traditional whitehat link building. I am pretty flexible on payment terms, send me a PM if you are interested or haven any recommendations. I know this is a black hat site, but the sites I am working on can't use blackhat tactics.
