Are you okay dude? first you say quality is everything, after you say PBN is the thing, are you bipolar or what?
Quality means nothing for google, there is a lot of youtube channels with quality content not being rewarded as it deserves and youtube uses similar algorithm to index and search stuff.

The problem with all of you is that you think google has some super Ai brain working for them, no... there is nothing special except the huge amount of user data that google own, they know about you more than you think. It's easy when you hold this amount of data, you can easily predict user's intentions, even so google results have been pure garbage.

They just enabled domain crowding, which is benefiting domains with good authority, generally, domains from people that spend lots of money with PBNs or big well established sites.

It's always been unstable, slow and somewhat unpredictable. Nothing new.

In fact, SEO is naturally a hack, you're trying to guess how Google will rank your site and act based on those guesses. There are no official rules or guidelines for how a website is ranked.

It's all about quality links, you can build any crap content and still rank well depending on the links. SEO is just a fantasy world that people still believe.
