I am going to order a web designer to create a site for me. I don't know which one is better for SEO, HTML, or JOOMLA? Can anyone help me?

I think wordpress would be the best bet.
It's easy to control, adding new features, and making future changes.

okay one more question I've uploaded my files to the server whenever I use the direct link to download it always ask me to give my user name and password to download it so how can I disable my password access and the operating system on my server is the fedora.

I have been working with Joomla for almost 10 years. And the best thing I did was to stop working with it and switch to Wordpress.

use wordpress, it's more user friendly and have a big community if you encounter an issue.

Joomla is amazing!!!

But wordpress is just more popular.
