It's obvious SEO hosting and I personally avoid it.

I personally use a few SEO hosting providers but strangely enough for money sites. Not PBNs.

Funny but when I was using them for PBNs they always got hit sooner or later. Money sites never got hit. The reason behind this is probably a linking pattern as money sites have 0 OBL.

Thats why you wanna go for shared IP seo hosting instead of dedicated. You have a mix of sites on shared. If you are on dedicated IPs, then all the sites on those IPs will be SEO hosting. That is a clear footprint !!
