Does anyone know of an SEO tool that can help me harvest meta tag keywords that I can put on my pages and do some other great stuff like getting me a good PR?

and also I would some tips on properly optimizing my sites so it can rank better.

SEO elite and Keyword elite cand analyze these things for you. Sorry I don't have a cracked version. I think I saw them on here. do a search. Good luck. Seems that the key factor in SEO is off site seo, not all onsite, as you are searching for.
