First you need to check the metrics of the domain you are using for the PBN. That said, do you want to rank the PBN or use it to rank your money site?

In order to rank that site, you have to post relevant content related to the website, I suggest more than 750 words per posts.
Website should be optimized for SEO, this is a good way that will help you rank.

The OP is without context but I'll weigh some options:
If you are trying to rank a money site using the PBN:
Check your metrics for each domain.
Each domain needs to have a consistent amount of content being posted to it.
Each domain also needs to have On Page SEO perfect and have internal linking/external linking regularly being done.
Is your money site full optimized?
Do you have any errors on any pages?
Do you have any blank pages?
Are consistently posting new, long (1000 word+) content?
