Try writing better? Use clickbait titles, etc. There are many tricks to improve CTR but there's no magic to turn impression into CTR

This will help with your CTR. Another reason for low CTR could be because of your rankings!
Try to focus on improving user-experience with an engaging article for Google to collect positive data to rank you.
Apparently, 30% of searchers click on the first result of the Google page.

La position moyenne is the position of your link on the google results page. Position of 8.6 means you are the 8th result in the first page, so people have to go all the way down to see you.
At this level, the click-through rate is 1-2%, so you're at the same level as the rest of the people at your position.
Try increasing your rank, to be in position 1-3 and you'll see a much better click-through rate.

It looks like you are looking at all keywords. Filter this down to the keywords that actually matter, as there are probably a bunch of irrelevant terms / queries that you are ranking poorly for.
