I would start everything from scratch, do as little as possible and identify how to get top technical SEO without doing any corrections. Then put that into an infrastructure and promote properties via that.
People go to analysis from the "reverse side", so they're "reverse engineering things", but they're not learning from scratch and they're not "engineering" them for more fundamental and more powerful understanding.

Can you suggest me some tips that help me to best understand SEMrush audit report in a short time.

SEMRush is a reverse engineering tool. It uses filtered knowledge. So does every other statistics based tool.
Here's a classic in-browser check:
1. Go to your site.
2. Click F12.
3. Click lighthouse.
4. Click analyze page load.
5. You have tutorial listed on what to do.

The lack of statistics as a method of "reverse engineering" is the key to understanding things from the ground up, that is, to a deeper understanding.

You have everything in detail on that SemRush URL I just sent you, just follow the "1. Semrush Site Audit Tool".
There are no shortcuts in SEO, honestly. You either take the time to do it right or you're just wasting your time.
The days of rushing through things are long gone.
If you want to make some progress, stick to the guidance provided by SemRush.
They've got over a million active users for a reason, and their resources explain it better than anyone else could.

The problem is all of that is common sense and it's like... reading everything from the screen instead of reasoning and understanding on our own, connecting the dots. If you connect the dots by yourself, you can have an automated SemRush. The problem with SemRush is that it is a SaaS and completely 3rd party. It's not Google, Amazon or Microsoft - those companies know more than SemRush. So... you see, there are different things beeyond that SEO stuff, and they're way more powerful.
When I used SemRush, I noticed a lot of misinformation and made up statistics as to keywords to choose. One of my coworkers got fooled by those and quit the job cause he said "that's too hard". I don't know which tools there really work. But I could probably re-create them in a week.
They provide "speculative data", not "real, unfiltered, raw data". Big difference.

I get your point and it is a good one, and people should use what you have explained more often but the thing is, if they don't have enough knowledge for simple stuff, add your URL & click, they won't have it for that other stuff that you explained.
Trust me, I am not an expert and I will never be but, they need to learn some simple stuff before they get to "CLS issue: more than 0.25 (mobile)", how to fix it, how to use "developer tools" and other stuff, just a small example.

I'm working with big tech, big infrastructure, big stuff... that gives me that perspective and frankly I started 20 years ago to use the computer.
Not everyone should do what I do. I got this forgetfulness that few people spent 20 years at computer.
My minds can easily cut that stuff into pieces due to a lot of practice and so flaws are so easily visible I could audit those companies... but I won't, cause I would rather have my own.

I don’t know if anyone’s ever told you this, you’re a really smart guy.
I genuinely hope you’ve got a way to cash in on that!
I’m not sure what your situation is, where you work, or if you’re working right now, but one thing it’s damn clear you know a lot.
I really hope you’re putting that knowledge to good use.

Yeah, of course.
A big reason for that broader understanding is that I stopped fighting with big industries and decided to cooperate with them.
A mentality switch can flip the subjective reality and make a person notice their strengths. Some really wealthy and wise people will tell you it's in head, but specifics of that, you can discover with a coach, a doctor and a professor. They teach that for free as anyone who has these insights would do to observe growth not only on personal side, but also environmental. Professors talk to doctors and vice versa. They coach each other and it creates very unusually high growth.
First you discover errors in thinking, write it all down for months and then you use it. Not focusing on "self" and not battling via means of "self" and "survival" helps to see how our skills can be applied in 100s of domains and in a very broad horizon. It's expanding one's awareness - not really learning more like people might think.
Wisdom is created by applying small parts of knowledge, identification of errors in every area of life and then living in an actualized way.
There's something exciting in realizing you can help 1 million people. Naturally it drives you to create products.
You don't want to keep all that for yourself cause it doesn't come back in environmental growth. If only our "self" grows, we become so-called egomaniacs.
