Maybe it took me 6 hours or so to write. But I been coming back to it over the past week or so. Just had a sudden motivation to get all of this stuff off my mind :-)

Like others have said, its not necessarily anything new, it pretty much sums up what I have learnt from this forum and a few extra bits from my experience :-)

It varies a lot. implementing the SEO to an existing site it normally takes 3-4 months to get on the first page. And a bit longer with new sites. But I do everything very slowly - I came from total white hat when I joined BHW. Then I managed to tank a few important sites and so I learned to take things very cautiously and very slowly with preference for long term ranking rather than quick ranking.
I have done churn and burn as well, but I find that not as satisfying.

Mainly want to give something back to the forum - all of this stuff is a summary of what I have learnt from other members on this forum. And the knowledge I got here has done me very well. So its nice to return the favor. But also yea, also you have clocked me :-)
