The first one was in the hidden text, as you said "This is so easy".
No special tools what so ever, just look carefully to the page and the source.
Hint for the second -> read the page title

'blue' will get me through to searchga.me/tapir, but then I get stuck. The search phrase gives lots of results relating to google analytics but that doesn't help me.
