SEO for several sites

Looking for someone to help me here, I have several small sites that I would like to increase Google SERP, multiple of these sites are in top 30 or 50 in Yahoo and Bing, but >100 in Google. So I need someone who can boost the ranks, across the board.
I would have you work on one website first, if it all goes well, then you'd be hired for subsequent sites as well.
