Hi,

I want some opinions about what methods are totally white hat for enhancing the rankings of a real estate brokerage website?

You could go to google or yahoo adwords. (They are separate) and sign up for that phrase. You bid a certain amount, such as 30 cents each time it is hit AND they hit on your site from there. You can set a monthly limit on the amount paid. Great opportunity.
 
You can look at fiverr radjaseotea services.

He helped add index and targeted keywords in google.

Personally this is not difficult. But buying service will not be difficult, only $ 5
 
Are you promoting a site in a fairly large market? If it's a big city, you might be better off targeting neighborhood names with quality content. Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, they are all going to own the higher rankings for any decent sized town.
 
Web 2.0 blogs, social bookmarks, and social signals from facebook , twitter & Google+ is where you need to start from.Guest Posting on niche related high PR blogs also works well.
 
I can suggest that you should go with some very high PR Real Estate Forums where you can post daily with your website signature that will really help your to get good ranking.
*Write some blogs on Real Estate with your website links.
*Web 2.0 will be good also.
*Share all your links on social networking websites.

Social media is the best white hat method for your website like twitter and Facebook create a page for your site and update them frequently and put links to your website it will increase your traffic...

Think of it as : All your efforts that look natural and not forced can be considered as white hat, where as any thing which looks forced or out of place or un-natural can be considered black hat.
 
This is some funny stuff.

Guys... real estate in any largeish city is tough. Simply signing up for G+, posting to your five followers on Facebook, and Tweeting that you sell houses is NOT going to put a dent in the market. I've dealt with ranking real estate agents before and let me tell you this... they don't fight clean. The big national names like ReMax take the top couple spots on any big money term, and the sites right below them... they fight dirty usually. We're talking $2,000+ (and in huge cities more like $10,000) blackhat marketing budgets per month. No amount of Tweets is going to take you over top those guys. A large, well-thought full scale SEO plan is needed in order to rank well in real estate.

I agree, there is a LOT of money involved in the real estate business and they sure don't play nice white hat games.
Last month i avoided a major lawsuit for my wives real estate site that had the same keyword in the url as a competitor site. Turned out that they trademarked the main keywords as their business. They even reported a complaint of 5 pages with the local police and local government for misusing their name, stealing content, etc ...

You better have a good seo plan, budget and lawyer to get your $$ in the real estate world!
I'm having good success with Linked-in and Pinterest.
 
You have to go big! Very competitive niche!

I have been working with a client for the past 3 months to get his money KW's to page 2-3, and there is still a lot of work to do.

You need to be spending $1000 p/m at least, and need to hit everything... like press release, local citations, building a PBN to name but a few.
