SEO for New Wordpress Blog

I have a new webite configured with good content and onsite SEO. My domain and website are only 2 weeks old. I am now looking at offsite SEO. AFAIK Google has a sandbox period and I am unsure if getting an SEO package is worth it at the moment.Somebody told me that offsite SEO is a waste of time for the first 1 or 2 months. I have not done any SEO work at all yet except onsite. I have not submitted to search engines or anything yet. My keywords on Ahrefs range from 1-20 mostly with a few in the 30-55 range.

Can anyone speak from experience? I see SEO packages from people like Sarkar + more sellers who are offering SEO packages for new sites but will they actually help or should I just wait a while first?
