Seo for low comp keywords

I currently am running 10 micro niche sites. Most are ranking, some of them on pages 2 or 3 and others on page 1 and some are nowhere to be seen.

I am looking for someone to work with longterm who can place this sites on 1st page.

All work must be purely whitehat, i have seen someone advetising a service there sig. I can't find it anywhere!!
