Hi, if you want to PM me your Skype ID, I've ranked German sites before. I don't speak the language, but SEO principals are pretty much the same regardless of the language, a few slight difference, but nothing that will get in our way.

Use scrapebox to get a list with top potential sites for links with .de domain. Sort by SEO metrrics, PR,DA ect and get links from the site. Probably the best would be in terms of guest blogging Also probably most of the smarted seo guys would have some autoposters for .de specifically, would worth to search for a while.
