Since you made the website, you should be able to do some simple on-page SEO yourself and charge your client for it.
- Optimised h1 tags
- Optimised title tag
- Meta description
- Image alt tags
- Internal linking
- Structured Data
- Website speed
- Blogs and content (very good and cheap writers here on BHW can help you with this)
- Buy a fully managed SEO service from an agency, resell it to your client for a higher price than you're paying to make a profit and act like you're doing the work.
- Admit you can't help your client with this, tell them to find an SEO agency and get them off your back about SEO.
