The company that transports within Switzerland has a website. The site language is German. We need someone who can guide us about SEO work or ads we can buy for this site. It can be local ads as well. Is there anyone who has done business in this sector before? What do you recommend?

If it is something that gets a lot of searches on google, your best bet would be to run google search ads campaigns. Google ads are one of the best for local businesses.
 
It depends on your strategy.
To get clients easier and faster -> Paid Ads. It will come at a cost of course.
If you want brand recognition and growth, build content. Social media, public service libraries, local listing websites is good for this.
The best combo is obtaining clients with paid ads while reinvesting some amount into organic growth.

Is there anything special about the .ch domain? It should be the same as a regular domain.
