I am a total newb on SEO i was wondering if there is a program or something to help me optimized my website searchablity i would like to be the first on google when someone searches for the competitors websites if thats even possible

You shouldn't take any action until you really take the time to learn what you're doing. Too many people start by building bad links to theirs sites and making a mess of things. Learn what you're doing and you can apply the method to as many sites as you want and print money for you a living!
 
Install a SEO plugin for your WordPress website. Something like the all in one seo pack would do just fine for optimizing your web pages. After you get your site optimized you will then need to keep adding content and start link outreach.
 
Well I have alot of content on there i have alot of products i want to sell that all have links i just want to be able to be the first when they search
 
You can search around this forum to find lots of SEO tools or services. Make your own choice according to the budget.

Yes this is possible, but before buying any service it is also important that you should gain some info about SEO, linkbuilding etc.

So it's not easy. It takes time, effort, learning and MONEY.
