Can anyone help me with keyword research and SEO work to rank first for a womens handbag and cosmetics online store? Niche keywords or general are fine. Aslong as they're related to the two main products and have high volume sales.

Unless your target local competition and that not too crowded then you can try SEO otherwise competition would be really tough. I think you would be better off going with minimal SEO but focus more on ad campaigns I think Facebook ads would be your best bet and should provide you with the best results for your money and pretty fast as well.
