SEO Factor Checker

I'm wanting to have a script written that will check a website's various SEO factors and report the information back to me. Basically I want to define a few URLs for one website, and a few keywords (up to 3), and have the script check for the keywords within the content of the page, report the keyword density, and then also check a few other factors of the on-site SEO.

I have a working knowledge of PHP, but I don't know / want to spend the time searching and learning how to do this myself.
