Alright so, I recently bought a new domain, the website is about 2 weeks old now, I have some content on there. I am trying to rank high for many different Keywords on the website.

So I went and bought this guys service( He has good rating here on Blackhatworld)

I paid for 1 order, and it is still in process, then after 5 days I paid for another order which is this one

Both of these orders are processing right now, my question is, How long should I wait before order again from him, because I don't want my site to get penalized by google, he also has bookmarking service I was thinking about ordering those from him. So Should I wait or how should I go?

Thank you

Order something else, it's better to be more chaotic with your link building.

Slow down there buddy :) If this is a brand new site, let these links sink in, and do a little manual link building across various platforms on sites related to your Niche. Develop your Social Media Presence, Get your "Brand" out there. Find some top PR directories to apply to, work on your content (you should have about 20 nice long articles worth on topics not just about your keywords, but just related to your keywords) and get some social votes for it. Get some reviews from consumer review sites. A few manually created Web 2.0's that have also been promoted, then after your site has had a chance to absorb all these links you can start nailing down the keywords with some more services going after ALL of your site's urls, NOT just the homepage.....

If you're new to SEO take things slow and steady, give it time to observe and learn from each thing you do. Unless your a pro, it's dangerous to "attack" your site with an aggressive link plan. As a beginner I recommend doing one service at a time, measuring the results, and then proceeding. It'll be more time consuming naturally, but will save you from getting penalized.

make slow submission since your website is new
don't push it too much.
the diagram interlinking are too much for your brand new site.
try basic manual posting , limit your links daily
focus more on SMM.

One huge thing of todays SEO is too make it look natural! And make your site look as if it was popular, If its popular then itll have alot of social links, Make a YT account advertising your site also.

You should worry more about content, let them handle the SEO. The better your content, the more inclined Google will be to rank you regardless of what the SEO guys do for you.

I heard about a guy that got his site deindexed using that service(Check the BST thread). The future looks black bro.

i would just buy or test something small before i blast it off like that. linkbuilding is tough. I tend to just do content and do things that are really white hat such as making a blogspot for it and blogpost links that are on relevant sites.

I suggest you let your website age a bit before implementing a SEO system. That way it looks more natural.

Google isn't stupid. You don't create a website that's 2 weeks old and is being submitted to many sites. You will get penalized if you do SEO too quickly. Slow and steady wins the race.

Don't run so much, if you are thinking that you will purchase links and you will get high Pr of your site in just few datys thn you are wrong. Start manually first. do social bookmarking, directory submissions. If you will work slowly and steady then only you will get rank of ypour site else Google will penalize you badly.
