Seo Experts, I Got a quick Questions, Please Answer It

Alright so, I recently bought a new domain, the website is about 2 weeks old now, I have some content on there. I am trying to rank high for many different Keywords on the website.

So I went and bought this guys service( He has good rating here on Blackhatworld)

I paid for 1 order, and it is still in process, then after 5 days I paid for another order which is this one



Both of these orders are processing right now, my question is, How long should I wait before order again from him, because I don't want my site to get penalized by google, he also has bookmarking service I was thinking about ordering those from him. So Should I wait or how should I go?

Due to the fact that there is not to many links in this package you should be OK, I would say if you stuck to ordering it every 1.5 - 2 weeks would be fine. I have personally used this service myself and found it to be a good service.

What about the bookmarking service that the same guy offers? Can I order 2 different types of services at the same time?
