SEO Expert Required for full time project

I have a profitable busy model that needs SEO done for the UK market. The main goal for this project is traffic generation, with a few of the main KW's being rather competitive in the industry the focus will be on long tail research and also being quick on getting ranked for new product KW's as they are released.

Must have Skype
Must have experience and proof (I need to see work done where you have seen ranking increases in tougher markets - so please do not send me lots of examples of basic SEO work)

I used to do SEO myself but due to time constraints i no longer have the hours to put in. I have several business's so a good job on this should lead to a long business relationship.
