Seo expert , please come in ! I need your help !

Hi there , i just purchased a micro niche site service and they just sent me some keywords , asking whether i am ok with them. I wasnt that sure how i was going to evaluate whether they are good or bad keywords , so i decided to ask some members here. Some suggested Traffic Travis , so i went with it. Below are some screenshots of the keywords they gave me. I hope you guys can help me figure out whether these keywords are worth progressing with. Im just hoping i can earn a few bucks from these sites. Thanks in advance !

Keyword 1 : 2,400 searches , Cpc : $1.01


Keyword 2 : 2,400 searches , Cpc : $2.11


Keyword 3 : 6,600 searches , Cpc : $2.10


Keyword 4 : 1,900 searches , Cpc : $1.07


Keyword 5 : 9,900 searches , Cpc : $2.44


Keyword 6 : 2,400 searches , Cpc : $5.98


I hope you guys can help me identify whether these keywords are worth all the SEO work in the future? Thanks a million times !!

I would say drop all of the ones less than $2 CPC.
Also, you should learn how to do your own keyword research, since it's so important, and then go find a bunch more keywords.
I would recommend starting out with ones that are 4 stars until you get better at SEO before attempting 3 star words.
With that said, here are the keywords I'm currently going for after spending about 40 hours of researching .

I was able to find these keywords easier using Micro Niche Finder, and knowing how to use the google adwords tool correctly.

The thing is im buying a Micro Niche Site service. Hence , im not doing the keyword research , i just want opinions on which of these keywords which they sent me is worth going with.

2nd , as seen from the images above , almost every keyword's competitive sites have page rank ranging 1-5 , but on the side it says Difficulty level - Relatively Easy. Which one am i to trust?

If i go with the 4 stars keyword ( which is relatively easy) , but most of the pages on google's 1st page have a high page rank , how am i going to outrank them? Lols !

Am i overeacting or isit just that these keywords arent good enough?
Which keywords should i keep and which should i request for a change?
