SEO Expert Needed

We are looking for a White Hat expert to manage SEO for a growing number of B2B sites.
We are a European based company selling services and products across UK, Europe and USA.

This is a long term position for the right candidate.

Key skills include:


On page SEO
Word-Press
Keyword research
Google Analytics
Rank Tracking
Competitor Analysis
Link Building campaigns and budgeting
Content writing / editing




You will be responsible for on page and off page work and a budget for additional off page work will be available.


We are not looking for one off link building campaigns or monthly payments for link building.
We are looking for a holistic approach to improve ranking on a number of sites in medium/high competition keywords.


The successful candidate will take on one of our newer sites to prove their ability. On successful completion of this trial they will be awarded a rolling contract for the other sites in the group.


We are a reputable and well known company in our field and have been trading over 15 years.
Increase in trafic and sales will result in financial compensation for the successful candidate.


This is a serious, on going opportunity for someone with the right skills and work ethic.

So you're looking for someone to rank your site for free in hopes that you'll provide them with more paid work, but not recurring monthly payments? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

No, incorrect.
The point I am making is that I do not want to be contacted by link building services. I am looking for someone to manage the entire SEO process.

Just in case I am not clear, I would give the prospective candidate a smaller project initially on a less important site before being awarded the contract for the entire group of sites. This would serve as a trial so that I can be confident I am hiring someone that actually knows what they are doing, not one of the many 'wannabees' that inhabit these forums.
I am not a complete newbie to SEO and have been involved in the ranking of our sites for several years - now I need someone that knows their stuff to take over.
