Hi guys,

I have a website that has nothing to do with affiliate stuff or selling stuff online (technically). My website promotes my brick n mortar business.
I want to be able to drive traffic by finding those major KWs that people are actually typing into google.

Would love it if somebody with a good heart could touch base with me to try and help me find those big search words. I am finding nothing above 3/4000 on google adword planner.

Look forwards to being able to talk with somebody about this.

Thanks in advance.

Is this for an SEO or PPC campaign? If PPC it may be worth finding the long-tail versions of the keywords you already have if you are trying to make your campaign bigger.

ubersuggest.org is good to find long-tail keywords.

Hello mate. If you don't have one already open a google Adwords account. you don't have to spend any money, but it will give you access to the keyword planner tool. Type in the main keywords that you whish to advertise for. The tool will then return several hundred different permutations specifying an estimate of how often each of those phrases is searched for each month. Thats a good starting place if you haven't done this before. It will also give you an indication of how much competition there is to advertise for each phrase via PPC to help you to decide if you'd like to go down that route. If you know all of this already then forgive me. Good luck with your business.

Cheers guys... have already done all that. This is for SEO and not PPC.
I blew thru 450 Euro in no time at all in less than 2 weeks in February on PPC.
But so many companies in my line of work so there is no way the words I am finding are providing all the work as most words are like <150 per month.
I am going with long tail KWs but still think there must be a major word or phrase that people use that I am missing and the keyword planner isnt giving it to me.

4,000 per month is not small especially when you stack close variations on top of that. You're probably looking at over 10k per month. Is that not enough for you??

Don't forget that identifying the keywords is also only the beginning. Do you have a strategy to actually ranking for these keywords too?
