Check your on-page and website speed. It has 7.6 s average load time.

Apart from it check your GSC for manual action or any security issue.

There are always drop and rise, check your growing competitors. Not everything is Google effected.

Pretty much this. There are many reasons why organic traffic can drop.

When it comes to technical issues, you need to address a lot of stuff mate. Google PageSpeed Insights - GTMetrix - Pingdom

Overall...

• TTFB too high
• Full page loading time is also high
• Too many HTTP requests
• Render-blocking resources (minify and defer JS)
• Loading too many external resources (mainly Google/Doubleclick Ads)

And this is without even taking into account other factors like on-page and competitors. Hard to rank a site with that many technical issues regardless of all other areas of SEO.

Your loading speed isn't the culprit here. Check this recent article by Backlinko. I would have analysed your site but i don't currently have a subscription to Ahrefs or other tools.
