Which exercises do you perform when analyzing how much to offer for a domain on SEO.domains when it's listed as "Make Offer"? They all have a minimum offer of $200. I'm looking at a domain that I'd be willing to pay that multiple times over, but I want to come to the table with a reasonable number that I can back up. Do they normally just accept or decline the offer, or do they normally counteroffer?

I'd say the worst case is that they reject your offer and then you can submit a new one, but most likely they'll provide a counteroffer.

I believe the domains in that bucket are ones that they haven't had a chance to set a price on yet.

You could use # of referring domains or Moz DA as a metric to see what other domains in that niche are priced at on their platform and make an offer based on that.
