Hey, if you're only getting started, I would really recommend that you start from the beginning and learn the basics. During the curent COVID19 crisis, Moz is offering all of their courses for free for a limited time. You should start there: https://academy.moz.com/
You can also learn from ahrefs Academy, they also have free courses at the moment: https://ahrefs.com/academy
While you are learning, I would recommend that you start a niche site and get some practice. Just do some keyword research, grab a domain (10$) and a cheap hosting and get started. Nothing beats trying out for yourself.

youtube is free to place for learning. I don't recommend for youtube ....maximum time youtube learning is a lengthy process for learning . There are many online platforms that helps you in learning SEO.
