SEO Contracts / NDA / Confidentiality Agreements

Hello All

I have found the following links regarding SEO from other posts for contracts:




I urgently need to draw up a decent formal agreement and have also struggled (believe it or not) to find a decent non-disclosure agreement or confidentiality agreement. The advice I have is also an agreement where you are able to bill ppl if during a prospect meeting someone implements any advice you give them if they dont end up becoming a paying customer. There are some ppl that I am meeting that may just be trying to leech free SEO tips so need to be covered.

Any links would be excellent I keep finding some near fits but nothing great. If I cant find a good one will have to try and splice a few together from other documents.

Any help would be really appreciated. I know some ppl here are getting clients to sign NDA / confidentiality agreements before they say a single word to them which is a bit extreme but also probably quite smart.

I use http://www.docstoc.com for all my templates.
I get something I like, tweak it and sometimes have my attorney review.

The nda's there are pretty good and I've used 2 off of there with very little editing.
Just make sure you spell check them first
