These analysis tools and reports arent really that good to be honest.

Concentrate on analysing competitions backlinks by all means. But as for your content you will need to tweak it and alter it accordingly as you see the movements your site makes as it gets crawled.

Basically dont pay to much attention to it all write content that flows and build links.
