SEO Company in Spain

Hi,

I moved to Spain in march 2011, and now I am about to open a SEO company, actually I have only one client from Spain - but I have experience with clients from Germany and Austria.

What do you recommend to get more clients? Is Cold-Calling (to get in contact for a meeting) still effective? How much money do you take for a 6 month contract (Because I have seen the other prices of some companies and in my opinion they take much to much money).

My thought was about to outsurce "Cold-Calling" (I teach him everything before) and give him 10% for every new client. Good or not?

I appreciate every tip to get new clients.

Where are you settled?

I always found cold calling and email marketing works best, its quite simple, there either interested or their not....NO BS involved. Try cold calling first.

Nice, good to hear and very motivating. I made already a plan with my Cold Caller today and he starts tomorrow.
