Anyway, if they still exist and you still wish to use them (why, though?) I recommend that you promote offers with gravity between 5 and 50, but ideally between 10 and 20. Of course, this is assuming that gravity is still a thing
But I don't think that health is a good market to get into because it's heavily regulated by google through their EEAT bullshit (you basically need to provide proof to google that you're an expert in the information you provide on your site)... and it's a tough market on its own anyway, it's not newbie-friendly at all! I would choose a niche in an easier market like...
- tech
- crafts, arts & hobbies
- sports and outdoor activities
- gaming (somehow easy niche but not very profitable)
- home improvement (lots of great sub-niches in this niche, just don't go for home staging or anything that involves selling houses as it's brutal)
- fun & entertainment
- even the pets industry can have some good niches if you search well enough
- gardening... or some niches of gardening
And in general, avoid niches in any of these industries:
- finance (banking, debt elimination, saving money, investing, how to make money, all types of insurances, forex, etc)
- legal / lawyers
- business (both the offline, and online business-related niches are fierce in this market)
- SEO
- web hosting
- travel (although travel might have some easy niches, especially in underserved locations)
- luxury resorts and luxury cars
- jewelry & fashion
- health, fitness and medical
- education (scholarships, long distance learning, home learning, online courses, etc)
- real estate and home staging
- dating & relationships
- self help & self improvement
All of these markets are brutal to rank in as a newbie, so stay away from them if you don't have deep pockets and a deep understanding of how google can be tamed...
